Accessibility statement
Last reviewed 18 October 2026
We want everyone who needs to move water off-grid to be able to use this site, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we have done
- Text and interface colours are chosen to meet at least 4.5:1 contrast in both the light and dark themes.
- Every page has a skip link, a single main heading and a logical heading order.
- Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced to screen readers.
- All controls work with a keyboard and show a clear focus outline. The setup chooser supports arrow keys.
- Diagrams have text alternatives that state the figures they show, and all figures also appear as text.
- Animation is decorative and stops when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Pages reflow to a 320 px wide screen without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged to 200%.
- Guides and the calculator spec sheet print cleanly.
Known limits
- Some wide data tables scroll sideways inside their frame on small screens.
- The Cloudflare Turnstile check on the contact form is provided by Cloudflare; if it blocks you, tell us another way and we will help.
- Merchant sites we link to are outside our control.
Report a barrier
If something on the site does not work for you, please tell us through the contact form. Say which page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you use if any. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix confirmed barriers promptly.
