This form is the only way to reach us. We read every message, and corrections get priority.

We use what you send only to reply. It is emailed to our inbox through SendGrid; Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a bot. See the privacy policy.

What helps

  • A correction: the page, the figure, and the source that shows it is wrong.
  • A sizing question: your state, daily water need, depth to water, rise to the tank and pipe length. A share link from the calculator says it all.
  • Merchants: the product, a link to its published pump curve, and your affiliate programme.
  • A privacy request: choose that topic; we answer within 30 days.

What we cannot do

We cannot design or certify a system for your site or recommend a local installer. For work inside a well, your state's water well licensing program can tell you who is licensed near you.
